Good Alchemy Presents
Rebel. Reclaim. Rise.
A six‑week initiation for the woman ready to stop outsourcing her body, her attention, and her life, and come back to her wild, sovereign self.
The Call
There is a primal call deep in your bones, a whisper of your wild.
You are tired, but you are not extinguished. Somewhere underneath the schedules, the screens, and the systems you never chose, there is a woman who remembers how to grow her own food, tend her own body, and trust her own instincts. She has just been outsourced, piece by piece, for years.
The Divine Rising Rebellion is a six‑week group journey back to her: a structured, guided return to holistic restoration and personal sovereignty, built from the same ground this work stands on: circadian and metabolic health, food and medicine you can make with your own hands, a nervous system no longer hijacked by algorithms and screens, and a life that answers to you.
This is not a wellness trend. It is a rebellion, and it starts in your body.
Circadian, mitochondrial, and metabolic health, restored at the root.
Reclaimed from the algorithms, screens, and EMFs that hijack it.
Self‑sufficiency, ancestral skill, and simple remedies restored to memory.
A livelihood, and a life, that finally answers to you.
The Path
Each week builds on the last: a short reading and a hands‑on exercise to complete beforehand, a live group session to discuss what came up, and a growing library of recorded practice to keep it going between calls.
Interrupting autopilot. Resetting the nervous system at its baseline: light, breath, and the rhythm your body was built for.
The opening chapter of Energy Work & Self‑Healing for Beginners, on what the nervous system has been holding.
A three‑day light‑and‑screen log: track morning light and screen time, and note where your energy spikes or crashes.
Opening circle and a guided root‑activation practice, discussing what the log revealed.
A morning light and breath reset, recorded for daily use.
Rebuilding mitochondrial and metabolic health through movement, breath, and energy work, so your energy is generated, not borrowed.
The mitochondrial and metabolic health sections of the Bioenergetics Guide for Beginners.
A one‑week movement and sunlight log, plus one meal this week rebuilt around real, whole fuel.
An embodiment flow and energy‑activation practice, discussing what your log showed.
A grounding movement sequence for low‑energy days.
Personal sovereignty in practice: setting real boundaries with algorithms, screens, and EMFs, and reclaiming the nervous system they hijack.
The Journal piece, “Breaking the Chains: A Real Plan for Digital Sovereignty.”
A 48‑hour phone boundary experiment, logged honestly: no scrolling before nine or after eight.
A digital‑boundary workshop and guided device fast, discussing how the experiment went.
A nervous‑system reset practice that needs no screen.
Self‑sufficiency in food and medicine: ancestral nutrition, simple remedies, and trusting your own hands again.
The ancestral nutrition and daily grounding sections of The Return to Nature.
Stock a simple home remedy shelf, and cook one meal this week from whole, traceable ingredients.
A kitchen‑alchemy session and remedy‑making walkthrough.
A pro‑metabolic nutrition primer.
Reclaiming your livelihood: work that answers to you, not to a system, built from your real values and instincts.
This week’s workbook reflection on work as vocation versus work as survival.
Write your list of non‑negotiables: the conditions your work and life must meet, no matter what.
A vision and values excavation circle, working through your list together.
A guided visualization: the work only you can do.
Integration: ancestral skills, ritual, and a nature reconnection to carry what you have rebuilt beyond these six weeks.
This week’s workbook piece on ancestral skill, ritual, and what it means to keep rising.
Choose one ancestral skill, fermenting, foraging, hand‑sewing, fire‑building, and spend thirty minutes simply beginning it.
A closing ceremony and commitment ritual, sharing what you began.
Full practice library, yours to keep returning to.

Is This For You?
Your Guide
I first discovered the transformative power of yoga in 2001, while caring for my oldest child, whose journey with profound disabilities revealed the boundless potential of the human spirit. That calling led me to adapt yoga, meditation, and energy‑healing practices so every person could experience deep restoration in body, mind, and spirit.
My own path has since expanded into holistic health guidance rooted in integrative health and nutrition, the same ground this rebellion stands on. I built it because I needed it myself, and I’m leading it because I believe every woman deserves to come home to her own body and her own life.
